Welcome to our artisan French styled bakery and Specialty Coffee Shop, where every bite and sip tells a story, a story woven from the rich tapestry of France and Argentina, a narrative of flavors, aromas, and memories.
​Growing up in the south of France, I was surrounded by the beauty of the Mediterranean, a life that was full of sensory experiences that shaped who I am and what I love to create today.
From the salty sea breeze of the city of Nice, to the rustic charm of Provençal landscapes, I absorbed the art of French culinary tradition. Each day, the air was filled with the irresistible scent of fresh baguettes, the tang of artisanal cheeses, and the comforting warmth of baked pastries. The streets of Nice and Paris echoed with lively French music, a soundtrack to days spent savoring the best that French cuisine has to offer. Lavender fields perfumed the countryside, and the sound of cicadas filled the warm air. I remember Mediterranean ports lined with pleasure boats, their colors brightening the coast, a scene that felt like a celebration of life.
Later on, my journey took me to Buenos Aires, often called the Paris of South America. There, I found a culture that welcomed me with open arms and warm hearts. Argentina gave me more than flavors; it offered a deep sense of connection and joy, where friendships are built to last and family is everything. I discovered the incredible tradition of Argentine cuisine, a world of unmatched meats, rich wines, and meals that feel like gatherings of the soul. Buenos Aires brought me the colors, sounds, and flavors of another life I came to love, one that blended beautifully with my French roots.
In both France and Argentina, I learned to value natural, high-quality ingredients.
I believe that food should be as close to nature as possible, nurtured with care, harvested at its peak, and prepared with respect.

Our bakery and coffee shop here in Florida embodies the same warmth and authenticity we brought from France and Argentina.
Set in a beautiful location, just minutes from Miromar Outlets and the Hertz Arena, we are ideally nestled near all that Fort Myers has to offer, and a short drive from the charming, idyllic town of Naples.​
